After a successful European Indoor Percussion Championship, where the CMH Percussion Ensemble score one 10th less than the winner in the Concert Class, the ensemble is busy with the preparations for the Dutch Championships in Eindhoven on the 29th of March.

The ensemble is playing a program with music from the American band Maroon 5. In this show you will find among others the following Maroon 5 hits: Shiver, Harder To Breath, This Love, She Will Be Loved and Sunday Morning.

For this program the ensemble expanded the melodic section with two new marimba’s and an electric guitar, which gave the ensemble a more mature sound.

Besides the adjustments in instrumentation the ensemble also created a new logo which includes the Maroon 5 trademark.

Just like other year the arrangements are from musical leader Dirkjan van Groningen.
